My Story
Before coaching, I spent over a decade at Google in Finance Strategy & Operations advising the CFO’s executive team. That background gives me deep fluency in organizational dynamics, leadership pressure, and real-world decision environments.
My time there was spent bridging “altitude gaps” to help global teams connect high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution. I’ve come to think of the work of coaching much the same way: bridging the gap between where you are right now and what this current moment is asking of you.
If my time at Google taught me anything, it’s that we don’t solve hard problems alone. Collaboration is the heartbeat of top-tier performance. Yet, in our most pivotal professional moments-- when the stakes are highest and the terrain is shifting-- we so often try to figure things out in isolation.
Bringing a thoughtful partner into your universe offers you a tool far more effective than brute force: a new vantage point. There is profound relief available in that. It’s also where leverage, creativity, and new possibilities start to reappear.
